我方將通過日本國政郵局EMS/航空便海運將商品運回馬來西亞
(i) Batch shipment團發
😊Pros: Comparatively cheaper 分擔運費能便宜點
🙁Cons: Longer time to arrive due to arrangements 根據重量和商品類型安排發回國時效較長
>Shipping fee will be divided equally among the items ordered & according to the weight of the products; and

>Once shipment has been dispatched out from Tokyo it'll usually takes 1~2 weeks for the items to arrived within Malaysia unless otherwise delayed by circumstances。

Items will be shipped to your door step directly from our Tokyo warehouse

你們可以郵寄到其他日本國内地址嗎? **
Yes. However, kindly note that we do not accept orders to be send to other Japan residence/corporate address if the items had already arrived at our warehouse. Kindly inform us if you would wish to have the item sent to your own Japanese address. (This rule does not apply to case where there's faulty product which need to be returned to the selling store for exchange)

2. Storage fee 儲倉费用
Chargeable on parcel kept in Tokyo warehouse which exceeded 60 days
RM 1.50 per parcel for each day exceeded (Dispose if exceeded 180 days)

一天RM 1.50/包裹 (超越180天會自動銷毀）
3. New Hard Box/ Requested Additional Packages 硬纸箱/特殊加固
100~300yen applicable if necesssary for boxes or specifically requested packing

关于商品打包

A. Japan→Malaysia 日本→馬來西亞
(i) New Hard Box/ Requested Additional Packages 硬纸箱/特殊加固
100~300 yen applicable if necesssary for boxes or specifically requested packing
Otherwise no extra misc. fee charge as the fee has been included in the shipping fee
默认回纸团填充+泡泡膜等加固
若仓库要使用新硬纸箱/客户要求特殊加固将根据使用量收取100 ~ 300日元(拼邮依据分担)。除外则无其他追加费用。B. Local shipment 本地運輸
(i) Items shall be packed with care in accords to the type of products with bubble wraps/thick cardboards/adding extra paddings/carton box in order to avoid damages suring the shipment process.商品皆以足量泡泡膜/环保/厚纸皮/其他填充物打包/+装箱才寄出。

T&C / Disclaimers 免責事項

A. Regarding Pre-order/ETA 關於預售/到貨
1. Kindly note that item shall only be shipped as per the date specified by the manufacturer for pre order item.
預購商品只會在指定的日期才會從店鋪發貨。2. Delays of release are possible at times due to unforeseen circumstances, subjected to the manufacturer/ courier delays
不排除有時候因爲貨單量過多/生產上的技術問題導致商品延遲發售 or 本地快遞清關延遲/排單/緊急私事會而發貨有延遲Thus, do proceed with the order only if you are willing to wait as cancellations shall be strictly prohibited upon order confirmation.
根據上述兩點, 務必確認能夠等待發售才進行下單,下單後一概不受理任何取消訂單的要求。發售日前後會給予通知,期間還懇請耐心等待。3. In case of delays of arrival or releases of stocks, notice shall be given through private text or notice in the group respectively.
如有遇上發售/到貨被延期, 進度會一一私信聯係/群内公告, 还请耐心等待。B. Full payment or Instalment? 全款/分期
1. Full payment will be request for first timers without over 5 orders upon confirmation of order
初回幾次交易的僅接受全款支付才下單
2. Pre order shall proceed only after the payment is completed
所有訂單一概收到定金/全款才進行下單
3. Instalment is available for returning customers depending on the amount of the order placed.
交易數次已建立信用的客戶下單可分期且根據下單金額安排分期額度
4. It's advisable that payment to be made within 3 working days once you are confirmed that you would like to purchase the items otherwise it shall be deemed as cancelled.

5. Once balance payment informed, kindly pay the amount within the date specified .Order shall be deemed as cancelled for those unpaid without reasonable notice and deposits shall be forfeited thus not refundable.
收到補款通知后還麻煩在一定的期間内補款, 如有困難也請跟我方商量。切勿無聲息的沉默。如逾期還尚未支付且為給予合理通知將視作跑單且不退款已支付的定金。C. Cancellations/Refunds 取消/退款
1. Cancellation is shall be strictly prohibited upon order confirmed & placed from the supplying store regardless of any personal reasons.
確認下單後取消一概不受理2. In case if you no longer wish to own the item ordered, please do seek for a substitute taker and contact us for changes of receiver details etc.
若已不想擁有麻煩自行轉單了聯係這裏安排郵寄3. The buyer shall be treated as forfeiting the items if he/she does not pay the balance payment upon beinf informed, upfront paid to secured to order shall not be refunded.
若買家不支付尾款將視作跑單,定金將不退還4. In case of cancellations from supplier, refunds shall be proceeded accordingly
砍單/訂單沒辦法完成的情況會根據給予退款。D. Lost & Damages 商品問題
1 In case of damages occured , claims should be raise within 3 days upon item received, with proof of unboxing video (compulsory) AND photo of the details of the damages.
如果收到貨有造成的損壞，請在簽收后3天工作日裏提供開箱視頻以及商品損壞的部分的細節照片。2.We would not be liable for any lost/damages/delays caused by third parties (such as the manufacturer or courier company) which are not within our control. However we'll try to communicate with the parties involved for a solution.
我方将不会赔偿非我方人为所造成的损坏/遗失, 僅會在合理范围内联系商家/仓库对应。
3. No claims of damages will be entertained if there is no unboxing video provided.
無開箱視頻爲證的一律無售後。4.二手賣場的買賣的風險也不包含在我方的控制範圍。確認下單視為已接受風險，我方只負責代拍亦不付任何责任。
Additionally, the risk of purchases from second hand marketplaces shall be bear by the buyer. Thus, not within our control as well. Once purchased, the buyer is deemed as consented to the possible risks.E. Restriction of purchase 購物限制
1. Restrictions shall be applied for purchasing of items such as cosmetics; Perfumes/Mineral oil; Items which has batteries included; Foods; Adult contents (including R-18 Doujins)
药妆,美瞳; 香水/芳香剂,食; 含电池商品(手灯/电池娃娃之类的); 成人向/BL/GL/R-18 有接受代購不過會有限制 :
(Direct shipment recommended to avoid comficts during custom clearance
推薦直運避免和其他非限制的商品清關產生衝突)2. Any request orders of JAVs/Adult toys or restricted goods under the Japan Postal Office's terms of use shall not be accepted. ==**

如色情/BL/其他海關視爲不合格的商品而被沒收的情況我方也不承擔責任。F. Custom Duty & SST
Kindly note that SST & Custom Duty would apply on each respective items effectively from 1 Jan 2024. Any taxation shall be payable along with the shipping fee upon arrival.
